Staff members at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium strongly encourage all fans to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following policies during games:
- Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication will not be allowed to enter or will be removed from Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium and subject to arrest.
- No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside the stadium or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from the Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium concessionaire may result in ejection.
- State of Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age. All fans should be prepared to show proper identification if requested by the concessionaire staff member.
- Concessionaire staff members reserve the right to deny service to fans that show signs of impairment and/or intoxication.
- Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons less than 21 years of age will be ejected from Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium and subject to arrest.
- Fans possessing alcohol who do not have proper identification when requested by a concessionaire or security staff member may be ejected.
- A maximum of two alcoholic beverages or 32 ounces of beer will be sold per person per transaction. Alcohol sales for events will stop one hour prior to the end of a concert; at the top of the 7th inning for baseball; and at 75 minute of a soccer game. Stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time and without prior notice to fans.
As a courtesy to others, fans are requested to refrain from walking in aisles during game play.
Guide, signal and service animals are allowed inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or companion animals are permitted.
Automated Teller Machines
For large events, ATMs are located on the main concourse.
All men’s, women’s and family restrooms at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium are equipped with baby-changing stations.
Bags, backpacks, soft insulated sacks, diaper bags, camera bags, purses and fanny packs that are no larger than 16 inches high, 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep (16” x 16” x 8”) are permitted in the Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium but are subject to inspection. Large events will have "Clear BAG" policy in effect.
Fans should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security staff to shift and possibly remove the contents. Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” will be denied entry inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium and fans will be asked to return them to their vehicles. There are no lockers outside of the stadium to store items nor can any items be held by staff members. All items left unattended outside the stadium will be disposed of by stadium staff.
Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are permitted at the discretion of Stadium District management. They may not be commercial, political or obscene in nature, nor obstruct the view of any fans or stadium signage. Banner poles and masts are prohibited.

Bottles & Cans
Fans are not allowed to bring any type of bottle, can, thermos, or beverage container inside of Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. However, fans will be allowed to bring one (1), non-frozen 500 ml. (16.9 fl. oz.) bottle of water, flavored water or sports drinks. Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the stadium.
Hand-held video and non-professional still cameras may be brought into Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, provided they are intended for personal use and do not obstruct another fan’s view. Feel free to ask any stadium staff member to snap a picture of your group. The following items are not permitted inside the stadium: commercial video cameras, mono/tripods, selfie sticks, and professional cameras with zoom lenses greater than 200mm, or larger than eight inches in length.
The stadium concessionaire is Pinnacle Concessions. All food services at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium are managed by Pinnacle Concessions. Any catering provided by companies other than the stadium concessionaire is not permitted inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium or anywhere else on the premises without permission from the Stadium District.
Cellular phones are welcome inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. Fans are reminded, however, to make sure that their cell phone conversations are not disruptive to the others seated around them.
Effective Jan. 1, 2013, tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, water pipes, hookah, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, snuff and other products containing tobacco are prohibited at all times on County facilities, public buildings and adjacent properties, and in County vehicles. This prohibition applies to all employees and to all visitors and other persons at any County-sponsored activity or event conducted on County facilities, in public buildings or on adjacent properties. Special events may request a designated smaking area to be approved by district management.
Clear Bag Policy
Effective April 1, 2016, Kino Sports Complex will enforce a new clear bag policy for the Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium venue and large-scale events held at the Kino Sports Complex. The policy limits the size and type of bag that may be brought into our venues. The following is a list of bags that will be accepted for entry:
- A bag that is clear plastic or vinyl and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- A small clutch bag, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (after being searched)
- Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection, including but not limited to oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc.
Club seats sections are 201–208 on the second level terrace. Accessible seating is available in these sections, as is elevator access. This section provides partial shade depending upon the time of the day.
Concession stands and specialty food vendors are located throughout the concourse, in the outfield, and on the second floor terrace level. Concession availability may vary depending on the size of the event.
Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium is located at 2500 E. Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713 and is just north of Interstate 10.
Drinking fountains are located near the restrooms along the concourse.
Fans that refuse to follow the direction of Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium staff will be subject to ejection without a refund of their event ticket, which may result in the loss of ticket privileges.
You may access the elevator from the concourse by contacting Guest Services. The elevator can access the second floor terrace or bring fans to the ground level for field access when events are held on the field.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, please follow the instruction of ushers or security personnel. They have been trained in evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of all fans, including those with disabilities.
The main entrance gates are Gate A and Gate B.
Family restrooms are intended for the use of parents with small children and fans with disabilities. All family restrooms are outfitted with baby-changing tables and are ADA compliant. The family restrooms are located on the main concourse.
The First Aid office is located next to Guest Services on the main concourse.
The distribution of fliers, banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited in the stadium or complex property unless approved by Stadium District management.
Food & Beverage Policy
Fans are not allowed to bring any food or beverage items inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are:
- One (1), non-frozen 500 ml. (16.9 fl. oz.) bottle of water or non-carbonated drink in a plastic bottle.
- Food and beverage items for infants two years of age or younger.
Guest Services Offices
Guest Services is located on the main concourse next to Gate B.
Lawn Seats (aka “the Berm”)
Lawn seating is located on the grass areas and is considered general admission. There are no fixed seats in this section. Lawn chairs are not permitted, but fans may bring a blanket or towel to sit on.
Lost and Found
If during your visit to Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium you misplace an item or find something that belongs to another fan, please bring it to Guest Services. Items lost at events are held in storage for ten days and then disposed of. Fans inquiring about lost items should call 520-724-KINO (5466). The Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Official merchandise is available at the novelty shop, next to Gate A on the main concourse level. The store is open during certain events.

Playing Field – No Trespassing
Fans are reminded that attempting to enter or accessing the playing field without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing and is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest.
Only personal radios with headphones are permitted inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. So that all fans can enjoy the action on the field, radios operated without headphones are not allowed.
Fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. There will be no exceptions to this policy except those people with specific medical conditions or a change in the weather (for some events).

All persons and belongings are subject to search prior to entry inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium along with inspection of all bags and carry-in items. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Some large events may be under "Clear Bag" policy. Fans electing not to consent to a bag search will be denied entry inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Fans that enter Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other fans behind you. Standing to watch the game is not permitted along the concourse. These areas must stay clear for fans using seating in that section. Please follow the directions of ushers and security.
Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium welcomes fans with strollers. However, their use should not in any way inhibit fan movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat as long as they do not create obstructions for other fans.
Tailgating in stadium lots is restricted to the guest’s own parking space, either in front of or behind their vehicle. Tailgating cannot block multiple spaces or roadways. Tailgating is permitted starting one hour prior to the gates opening. All cooking units must be contained and attended at all times. Trash containers will be provided in the parking areas. The parking area will close 60 minutes after the event. All tailgating equipment such as chairs, tents (anchored with weights), and grills must be removed or Kino Sports Complex will dispose of items left behind. Stadium District Management reserves the right to revoke parking privileges to those who do not comply with guidelines.
The Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium ticket office is located west of Gate A. Office hours vary dependent upon event, call 520-434-1367 to confirm hours of operation. Will Call tickets may be picked up with a valid form of photo identification at the Will Call window located next to Gate B.

Umbrellas are not permitted inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. Please leave them with your vehicle.
Fans are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium. In accordance with Arizona House Bill 2457, law enforcement officials attending the event are permitted to bring firearms inside the stadium if they are in compliance with the Arizona peace officer standards and training board requirements.
The Will Call window is located next to Gate B. Will Call tickets may be claimed with a valid state or government picture identification.
