Yes, backpacks and paddle bags are allowed inside the pickleball area. All backpacks, paddle bags, or personal items must remain on the concrete areas or walkways. They are not permitted on the courts.
Outside food and drinks are allowed inside the pickleball area but NOT on the courts themselves. Water, in a metal or plastic bottle, is the only drink allowed on the courts.
Yes. You can cancel your reservation in the reservation details section when logged in to your account. Kino Sports Complex will process all cancellation requests within one business day, and the funds will be returned to the original form of payment in accordance with your banking institution’s policies & timelines.
To ensure all reservations are honored, we cannot extend court time beyond the system’s scheduled end time. If you arrive late, you will still be expected to vacate the court at the end of your original reservation.
In the event of inclement weather that forces Kino to close the pickleball courts all reservations for the impacted times & days will be automatically refunded. Kino will process all cancellation requests within one business day, and the funds will be returned to the original form of payment in accordance with your banking institution’s policies & timelines.
Kino staff will always be onsite. Kino staff will confirm reservations when players arrive and will periodically check the courts to ensure only courts that are reserved are in use and that players using them have active reservations.
