Temporary Intermittent Closures Scheduled This Fall – September Through December 2026
To maintain the highest quality playing surfaces, the Kino Sports Complex will undergo scheduled fall overseeding across all three complexes. North, Main, and South from September through December 2026. During this time, select fields will be closed temporarily for turf maintenance and recovery.
North Complex
- Sam Lena & Willie Blake Parks: Closed Sept 28 – Oct 21
- Stadium Fields 1–4: Closed Sept 28 – Oct 21
- Grandstand Fields: Closed Nov 4 – Dec 31
Main Complex
- Fields 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, &12: Closed Sept 28 – Oct 21
- Fields 4, 5, 6, 7: Closed Oct 12 – Nov 6
- Stadium: Closed Sept 7 – Oct 6
South Complex
- Fields 1–12: Closed Sept 21 – Oct 15
- South Fields Rest & Recovery Period: July 6 – Aug 28
